As a nurse practitioner–led practice, Compass Healthcare operates on a membership model designed to remove barriers and restore connection. Our patients receive direct access, longer appointment times, and care plans tailored to their unique goals — not dictated by insurance requirements or productivity quotas.
We focus on prevention, metabolic health, women’s health, weight management, and whole-person wellness. But more than that, we focus on partnership. Healthcare is not something done to you. It’s something we navigate together.
The name Compass reflects our belief that every health journey is personal. There is no one-size-fits-all path. Where It All Began
Compass Healthcare was born from both experience and conviction.
After years of working within the traditional healthcare system, I began to see a pattern — patients were rushed, providers were overwhelmed, and meaningful conversations were becoming rare. The system was built around productivity, not people. Fifteen-minute appointments left little room for listening, education, or prevention.
And yet, that is where real healing begins.
I saw patients struggling with insulin resistance, weight gain, hormone shifts, cardiovascular risk, and chronic stress — not because they lacked discipline, but because they lacked time, access, and support. They needed someone to slow down. To explain. To partner with them.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Compass Healthcare was created to restore what healthcare was meant to be: relationship-based, proactive, and centered around the individual. A place where questions are welcomed, appointments aren’t rushed, and patients have direct access to their provider.
The name “Compass” reflects the belief that health is a journey. There is no single map that fits everyone. But with guidance, education, and partnership, you can move confidently in the right direction.
